I think at this stage, I'd take glutathione simply because it's more available on shelves. Also, while NAC is (relatively) cheap and a precursor to glutathione production, there is no guarantee that each person makes glutathione from the NAC precursors effectively. So, having to choose just one, I think I'd opt for glutathione. That said, I am pretty stocked up on NAC myself, just because I found some in-stock and grabbed what I could.
Thank you for your reply. I see a direct source could be a better option, but wonder if the human derived version is more effective. Also noting the other bennies of NAC with reducing free radicals and protecting cells. I'm still undecided for my daughter age 20 who got vaxxed without me knowing. She is an active girl, eats relatively healthy, and takes a multi. I am suggesting Quercetin, Zinc, and DMG as a start, and wanted her to add either NAC or glutathione. I see both are available through Thorne. If glutathione, which version is best?
Thorne is an excellent brand; you can't go wrong with either. I'd probably go with glutathione just to minimize the chance that she will not produce glutathione from NAC effectively (per-person efficacy isn't a constant), but Thorne's NAC is great. I have it myself.
I did buy Glutathione but I'm thinking about NAC for the possibilities of graphene detox. I'm actually considering buying a microscope because I'm having the most difficult time convincing my adult child to go see a doctor.
I'd probably go with the glutathione 500mg myself. Also look into Thorne's NAC if you can find any. Best option is direct from their website, although Amazon sometimes has them in stock.
Thank you. I ended up getting Jarrow glutathione reduced and also Jarrow zinc balance (1mg copper to 15 mg zinc). The zinc is to aid quercetin absorption. Good news is I saw my daughter recently and she looks healthy to me. I pray for all.
NAC vs Glutathione if you could only pick one, and why?

Thanks Lee. I'll take some time tonight and give it a more thorough look.

Thank you. I will go with glutathione. I have gotten her NOW supplements so maybe I stick with those, but there's three available: https://www.amazon.com/Now-L-Glutamine-500-300-Capsules/dp/B07HPDF1HT/ , https://www.amazon.com/Now-Glutathione-250-Veg-Capsules/dp/B0013OXELE/ , and https://www.amazon.com/Now-Glutathione-500-Vegan-Capsules/dp/B07KGK6ZJM/ ... any thoughts?
